Luca was known to all as our official wedding tour guide, as he valiantly led prospective couples around the property, in and out, up and down in all seasons. Charging before the touring couples, he would bravely defend them from ambush by bears, rabbits, and chipmunks. We estimate he lead over 800 tours during his 12 years of loyal duty. Even until his last week, he rose to the call of a tour. Our tours have never quite been the same since.
